1.4 Mana Whenua Management
The activities, controls and assessment criteria in the underlying General Coastal Marine zone and Auckland-wide rules apply in the following precinct unless otherwise specified. Refer to planning maps for the location and extent of the precinct.

2. Notification
1. The council will publicly notify resource consent applications for the discharge of stormwater into the precinct.
3. Special information requirements
1. An application for resource consent to undertake any activity within the Mana Whenua Management precinct (whether listed in activity table 1 or not) must be accompanied by a cultural impact assessment.
